Filled Snacks

Filled snacks are very special und popular products. The production process is relatively cheap and they are easy to manufacture. Filling with fat cream or fruit filling takes place at the special extruder die. The filled strands are then brought into their shape in a pillow molding system. Embossing is possible in square, rectangular or triangular pillows, as arrows, tubes or nuts. After this it is possible to drying and seasoning. The pillows can be flavored with a sweet water-based slurry.

Breakfast Cereals

Cereals in the shape of hearts, stars, triangles, squares, various animals and similars consist of grain raw materials as well as sugar, cocoa, milk powder, salt and malt extract. For breakfast they are eaten classically with milk or yoghurt.

Flakes

In opposition to conventional flake production by cooking, rolling and roasting corn grits, flakes can also be produced by extrusion. The best-known product is the classic corn flakes, but other types of cereals are also processed into flakes. This process conserves the resources of electricity and water.

Crispies

The use of crispies are very diverse without any limits. They are known as colorful puffed rice for nibbling, are used as a crispy, light filler in chocolate bars and pralines or are used as a meat analogue with high protein content. Most crispies are spherical.

Microcrispies

Microcrispies are very finely cut crisps smaller than ca. 3 mm. They are often used as decoration on snack items and as a crispy filler. Cereal raw materials in the form of semolina and flour as well as protein-containing additives such as protein powders, fibers, vegetable or fruit powder are often used to produce them.
