Design Popcorn

Extruded popcorn mostly consists of whole or crushed corn kernels. Depending on the shape of the die and the process parameters, the popcorn can be produced in the typical shapes "Mushroom" or "Butterfly". The raw extrudates can be seasoned sweet or savory. Then caramel and roasted flavours can be created using infrared heating.
