Semi-automatic plant TMA for the production of homogeneously mixed wafer batter and for fully automatic feeding of one or more wafer baking machines.
The individual recipe ingredients are added to the mixing container either manually or automatically, depending on the extra features installed.
The raw materials are mixed in batches in a particularly gentle but effective mixing process. The mixer has a mixing turbine which was developed specially for the
production of wafer batter. A controllable batter pump is used to empty the mixer and feed the follow-up batter holding tank.
