The individual recipe ingredients are added to the mixing container either manually or, depending on the extra features installed, automatically and the cream is homogeneously mixed and continuously conveyed to the spreader head.
The advantage of the plant is the constant specific weight of the cream.
Cream Mixer
A highly effective mixing turbine and a rotating knife shaft produce a light and fluffy cream within a short mixing time of only approx. 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the raw material, recipe and process flow.
In addition, cream is cleaned off the base and the inner wall of the mixer by a rotating agitator wiper.
